ed="T"/>次教道法。若言：“破戒。”应褈问言：“汝破何戒？”若 <lb n="0271a02" ed="T"/>言：“重戒。”师言：“如人被截耳鼻不须照镜，汝且 <lb n="0271a03" ed="T"/>还去，精勤诵经，劝化作福，可种後世道法因 <lb n="0271a04" ed="T"/>缘，此生永弃。譬如枯树，虽加漑灌不生花葉 <lb n="0271a05" ed="T"/>勝，爱著断见，眼常恶视。真实言语，说事分了， <lb n="0271b16" ed="T"/>少于亲<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0271011" n="0271011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0271011" n="0271011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271011" xml:id="pT15p0271c0201">若多婬欲人，不净法门治；若多嗔恚人，慈心 <lb n="0271c03" ed="T"/>法门治；若多愚痴人，思惟观因缘法门治；若 <lb n="0271c04" ed="T"/>多思觉人，念息法门治；若多等分人，念<persName>佛</persName>法 <lb n="0271c05" xml:id="end0271020"/>、脂肪脑膜，身中如是种种不净。复 <lb n="0271c11" ed="T"/>次不净<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0271c1101" n="0271c1101"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271c1101" n="0271c1101"/>观<anchor xml:id="end0271c1101"/>者：观靑瘀<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0271021" n="0271021"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0271021" n="0271021"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271021" n="0271021"/>膖<anchor xml:id="end0271021"/>胀、破烂血流、涂漫臭 <lb n="0271c12" ed="T"/>脓、啖食不尽、骨散烧焦，是谓不净观。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0271c1215" cb:place="inline">复次多 <lb n="0271c13" ed="T"/>婬人有七种爱：或著好色、或著端正、或著仪 <lb n="0271c14" ed="T"/>容、或著音声、或著细滑、或著众生、或都爱 <lb n="0271c15" ed="T"/>著。若著好色，当习靑瘀观法，黄赤不净色等 <lb n="0271c16" ed="T"/>亦复如是！若著端正，当习<anchor xml:id="beg_2" type="star"/>膖<anchor xml:id="end_2"/>胀身散观法；若 <lb n="0271c17" ed="T"/>著仪容，当观新死血流涂骨观法；若著音声， <lb n="0271c18" ed="T"/>当习<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0271022" n="0271022"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0271022" n="0271022"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271022" n="0271022"/>咽<anchor xml:id="end0271022"/>塞命断观法；若著细滑，当习骨<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0271023" n="0271023"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0271023" n="0271023"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271023" n="0271023"/>见<anchor xml:id="end0271023"/> <lb n="0271c19" ed="T"/>及漧枯病观法；若爱众生，当习六种观；若都 <lb n="0271c20" ed="T"/>爱著，一切遍观，或时作种种更作异观。是名 <lb n="0271c21" ed="T"/>不净观。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0271c2104" cb:place="inline">问曰：“若身不净如臭腐屍者，何从生 <lb n="0271c22" ed="T"/>著？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0271c2202" cb:place="inline">若著净身，臭腐烂身亦当应著；若不著臭 <lb n="0271c23" ed="T"/>身，净身亦应不著。二身等故。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0271024" n="0271024"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0271024" n="0271024"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271024" n="0271024"/>若<anchor xml:id="end0271024"/>求二实，净俱 <lb n="0271c24" ed="T"/>不可得，人心狂惑为顚倒所覆，非净计净。若 <lb n="0271c25" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0271025" n="0271025"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0271025" n="0271025"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271025" n="0271025"/>倒<anchor xml:id="end0271025"/>心破，便得实相法观，便知不净虚诳不真。 <lb n="0271c26" ed="T"/>复次死屍，无火无命无识、无有诸根，人谛知 <lb n="0271c27" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0271026" n="0271026"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0271026" n="0271026"/><anchor xml:id="beg0271026" n="0271026"/>之<anchor xml:id="end0271026"/>，心不生著；以身有暖、有命有识、诸根完具， <lb n="0271c28" ed="T"/>心倒惑著。复次，心著色时谓以为净，爱著心 <lb n="0271c29" ed="T"/>息即知不净。若是实净应当常净，而今不然。 <pb n="0272a" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0614.0272a"/> <lb n="0272a01" ed="T"/>如狗食粪谓之为净，以人观之甚为不净，是 <lb n="0272a02" ed="T"/>身内外无一净处。若著身外，身外薄皮擧身取 <lb n="0272a03" ed="T"/>之，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272001" n="0272001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272001" n="0272001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272001" n="0272001"/>纔<anchor xml:id="end0272001"/>得如<g ref="#CB00178">柰</g>是亦不净，何况身内三十六物？ <lb n="0272a04" ed="T"/>复次，推身因缘种种不净，父母精血不净合 <lb n="0272a05" ed="T"/>成，既得为身常出不净，衣服床褥亦臭不净， <lb n="0272a06" ed="T"/>何况死处？以是当知，生死内外都是不净<anchor n="0272003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272003" n="0272003"/>观<anchor xml:id="end0272003"/>亦有三品：或初习行、或已习行、或 <lb n="0272a09" ed="T"/>久习行。若初习行，当教言作破皮想，除却 <lb n="0272a10" ed="T"/>不净，当观赤骨人，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0272a1001" n="0272a1001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272a1001" n="0272a1001"/>繫<anchor xml:id="end0272a1001"/>意观行，不令外念；外 <lb n="0272a11" ed="T"/>念诸缘，摄念令还。若已习行，当教言想却皮 <lb n="0272a12" ed="T"/>肉，尽观头骨，不令外念；外念诸缘，摄念令还。 <lb n="0272a13" ed="T"/>若久习行，当教言身中一寸心却皮肉，繫意 <lb n="0272a14" ed="T"/>五处：<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272004" n="0272004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272004" n="0272004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272004" n="0272004"/>顶、额<anchor xml:id="end0272004"/>、眉间、鼻端、心处。如是五处住意观 <lb n="0272a15" ed="T"/>骨，不令外念；外念诸缘，摄念令还，常念观心， <lb n="0272a16" ed="T"/>心出制持。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272a1605" cb:place="inline">若心疲极，住念所缘，捨外守住。譬 <lb n="0272a17" ed="T"/>如猕猴被繫在柱，极乃住息。所缘如柱，念 <lb n="0272a18" ed="T"/>如绳锁，心喩猕猴。亦如乳母，常观婴儿不令 <lb n="0272a19" ed="T"/>堕落。行者观心亦复如是，渐渐制心令住缘 <lb n="0272a20" ed="T"/>处。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272a2002" cb:place="inline">若心久住是应禅法，若得禅定即有三相： <lb n="0272a21" ed="T"/>身体和悦柔软轻便，白骨流光犹如白珂，心 <lb n="0272a22" ed="T"/>得静住。是为<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272005" n="0272005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272005" n="0272005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272005" n="0272005"/>观净<anchor xml:id="end0272005"/>。是时便得色界中心，是 <lb n="0272a23" ed="T"/>名初学禅法得色界心。心应禅法即是色界 <lb n="0272a24" ed="T"/>法，心得此法，身在欲界，四大极大，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272006" n="0272006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272006" n="0272006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272006" n="0272006"/>柔软<anchor xml:id="end0272006"/>快 <lb n="0272a25" ed="T"/>乐，色泽净洁，光润和悦，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272007" n="0272007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272007" n="0272007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272007" n="0272007"/>谓<anchor xml:id="end0272007"/>悦乐。二者、向者 <lb n="0272a26" ed="T"/>骨观白骨相中，光明遍照净白色。三者、心住 <lb n="0272a27" ed="T"/>一处是名净观，除肉观骨故名净观。如上三 <lb n="0272a28" ed="T"/>相皆自知之，他所不见。上三品者，初习行，先 <lb n="0272a29" ed="T"/>未发意；已习行，三四身修；久习行，百年身学。</p> <pb n="0272b" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0614.0272b"/> <lb n="0272b01" ed="T"/><p cb:type="head1" xml:id="pT15p0272b0101">第二治嗔恚法门</p> <lb n="0272b02" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0272b0201">若嗔恚偏多，当学三种慈心法门：或初习行、 <lb n="0272b03" ed="T"/>或已习行、或久习行。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272b0309" cb:place="inline">若初习行者，当教言慈 <lb n="0272b04" ed="T"/>及亲爱。云何<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272008" n="0272008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272008" n="0272008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272008" n="0272008"/>亲及<anchor xml:id="end0272008"/>愿与亲乐？行者若得种种 <lb n="0272b05" ed="T"/>身心快乐，寒时得衣，热时得凉，饥渴得饮食， <lb n="0272b06" ed="T"/>贫贱得富贵，行极时得止息，如是种种乐愿 <lb n="0272b07" ed="T"/>亲爱得，繫心在慈不令异念；异念诸缘，摄之 <lb n="0272b08" ed="T"/>令还。若已习行，当教言慈及中人。云何及中 <lb n="0272b09" ed="T"/>人而<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272009" n="0272009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272009" n="0272009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272009" n="0272009"/>与<anchor xml:id="end0272009"/>乐？行者若得种种身心快乐，愿中 <lb n="0272b10" ed="T"/>人得，繫心在慈，不令异念；异念诸缘，摄之令 <lb n="0272b11" ed="T"/>还。若久习行，当教言慈及怨憎。云何及彼而 <lb n="0272b12" ed="T"/>与其乐？行者若得种种身心快乐，愿怨憎得， <lb n="0272b13" ed="T"/>得与亲同，同得一心，心大淸净，亲中怨等，廣 <lb n="0272b14" ed="T"/>及世界，无量众生，皆令得乐，周遍十方，靡不 <lb n="0272b15" ed="T"/>同等。大心淸净，见十方众生皆如自见，在心 <lb n="0272b16" ed="T"/>目前，了了见之，受得快乐，是时即得慈心三 <lb n="0272b17" ed="T"/>昧。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272b1702" cb:place="inline">问曰：“亲爱中人愿令得乐，怨憎恶人云何 <lb n="0272b18" ed="T"/>怜愍复愿与乐？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272b1807" cb:place="inline">答曰：“应与彼乐。所以者何？ <lb n="0272b19" ed="T"/>其人更有种种<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272010" n="0272010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272010" n="0272010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272010" n="0272010"/>好<anchor xml:id="end0272010"/>淸净法因，我今云何岂可 ed="T"/>忍由怨，怨则我之亲善。’复次嗔报最重，众恶 <lb n="0272b25" ed="T"/>中上无有过是，以嗔加物其毒难制，虽欲烧 <lb n="0272b26" ed="T"/>他实是自害。复自念言：‘外披法服，内习忍行， <lb n="0272b27" ed="T"/>是谓沙门，岂可恶声<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272012" n="0272c04" ed="T"/><l>多所残害；</l><l>不得害彼，</l><l>自害乃灭。</l> <lb n="0272c05" ed="T"/><l>嗔为大瞑，</l><l>有目无睹；</l><l>嗔为尘垢，</l> <lb n="0272c06" ed="T"/><l>染汚净心。</l><l>如是嗔<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272015" xml:id="end0272c0801"/>习慈心，</l><l>除灭嗔恚。</l> <lb n="0272c09" ed="T"/><l>是为慈三昧门。”</l></lg> <lb n="0272c10" ed="T"/><p cb:type="head1" xml:id="pT15p0272c1001">第三治愚痴法门</p> <lb n="0272c11" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0272c1101">若愚痴偏多，当学三种思惟法门：或初习行、 <lb n="0272c12" ed="T"/>或已习行、或久习行。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272c1209" cb:place="inline">若初习行，当教言生缘 <lb n="0272c13" ed="T"/>老死，无明缘行。如是思惟，不令外念；外念诸 <lb n="0272c14" ed="T"/>缘，摄之令还。若已习行，当教言行缘识、识缘 <lb n="0272c15" ed="T"/>名色、名色缘六入、六入缘触、触缘受、受缘爱、 <lb n="0272c16" ed="T"/>爱缘取、取缘有。如是思惟，不令外念；外念诸 <lb n="0272c17" ed="T"/>缘，摄之令还。若久习行，当教言无明缘行、行 <lb n="0272c18" ed="T"/>缘识、识缘名色、名色缘六入、六入缘触、触缘 <lb n="0272c19" ed="T"/>受、受缘爱、爱缘取、取缘有、有缘生、生缘老死。 <lb n="0272c20" ed="T"/>如是思惟，不令外念；外念诸缘，摄之令还。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272c2017" cb:place="inline">问 <lb n="0272c21" xml:id="end0272017"/>人是无明，是 <lb n="0272c22" ed="T"/>中云何无明？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0272c2206" cb:place="inline">答曰：“无明名一切不知。此中无 <lb n="0272c23" ed="T"/>明能造後世有，有者无、无者有，弃诸善、取诸 <lb n="0272c24" ed="T"/>恶，破实相、著虚妄。如〈无明相品〉中说：</p> <lb n="0272c25" ed="T"/><lg type="regular" xml:id="lgT15p0272c2501"><l>“‘不明<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0272018" n="0272018"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0272018" n="0272018"/><anchor xml:id="beg0272018" n="0272018"/>白益<anchor xml:id="end0272018"/>法，</l><l>不知道德业；</l> <lb n="0272c26" ed="T"/><l>而作结使因，</l><l>如火钻燧生。</l> <lb n="0272c27" ed="T"/><l>恶法而心著，</l><l>远弃于善法；</l> <lb n="0272c28" ed="T"/><l>夺众生明贼，</l><l>去来明亦劫。</l> <lb n="0272c29" ed="T"/><l>常乐我净想，</l><l>计于五阴中；</l> <pb n="0273a" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0614.0273a"/> <lb n="0273a01" xml:id="end0273001"/>尽道法，</l><l>亦复不能知。</l> <lb n="0273a02" ed="T"/><l>种种恼险道，</l><l>盲人入中行；</l> <lb n="0273a03" ed="T"/><l>烦恼故业集，</l><l>业故苦流迴。</l> <lb n="0273a04" ed="T"/><l>不应取而取，</l><l>应取而反弃；</l> <lb n="0273a05" ed="T"/><l>驰暗逐非道，</l><l>蹴株而躄地。</l> <lb n="0273a06" ed="T"/><l>有目而无慧，</l><l>其喩亦如是，</l> <lb n="0273a07" ed="T"/><l>是因缘灭故，</l><l>智明如日出。’</l></lg> <lb n="0273a08" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0273a0801">“如是略说，无明乃至老死亦如是。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273a0814" cb:place="inline">问曰：“<persName>佛</persName>法 <lb n="0273a09" ed="T"/>中因缘甚深，云何痴多人能观因缘？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273a0915" cb:place="inline">答曰：“二 <lb n="0273a10" ed="T"/>种痴人：<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0273002" n="0273002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0273002" n="0273002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0273002" n="0273003"/>痴惑<anchor xml:id="end0273003"/>暗蔽， <lb n="0273a11" ed="T"/>邪见痴人。<persName>佛</persName>为此说，当观因缘以习三昧。”</p> <lb n="0273a12" ed="T"/><p cb:type="head1" xml:id="pT15p0273a1201">第四治思觉法门</p> <lb n="0273a13" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0273a1301">若思觉偏多，当习阿那般那三昧法门。有三 <lb n="0273a14" ed="T"/>种学人：或初习行、或已习行、或久习行。若初 <lb n="0273a15" ed="T"/>习行，当教言一心念数，入息出息，若长若短， <lb n="0273a16" ed="T"/>数一至十。若已习行，当教言数一至十，随息 <lb n="0273a17" ed="T"/>入出，念与息俱，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0273004" n="0273004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0273004" n="0273004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0273004" n="0273a21" ed="T"/>若数二至九而误，更从一数起。譬如算人，一 <lb n="0273a22" ed="T"/>一为二、二二为四、三三为九。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273a2212" cb:place="inline">问曰：“何以故数？”</p> <lb n="0273a23" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0273a2301">答曰：“无常观易得故、亦断诸思觉故、得一心 <lb n="0273a24" ed="T"/>故。身心生灭无常，相似相续难见；入息出息 <lb n="0273a25" ed="T"/>生灭无常，易知易见故。复次，心繫在数，断诸 <lb n="0273a26" ed="T"/>思<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0273005" type="star"/>沙<anchor xml:id="end_4"/>，次第得 <lb n="0273b02" ed="T"/>细金沙。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273b0204" cb:place="inline">问曰：“云何为粗病？云何为细病？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273b0216" cb:place="inline">答 <lb n="0273b03" ed="T"/>曰：“欲、嗔、恼觉是三名粗病；亲里、国土及不死 <lb n="0273b04" ed="T"/>觉是三名细病，除此觉已，得一切淸净法。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273b0417" cb:place="inline">问 <lb n="0273b05" ed="T"/>曰：“未得道者结使未断，六思觉强从心生乱， <lb n="0273b06" ed="T"/>云何能除？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273b0605" cb:place="inline">答曰：“心厌世间，正观能遮而未能 <lb n="0273b07" ed="T"/>拔，後得无漏道，能拔结使根本。何<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0273009" n="0273009"/><anchor ed="T"/><l>譬如毒蛇入人室，</l><l>不急除之害必至。</l> <lb n="0273b12" ed="T"/><l>不定不实不贵重，</l><l>种种欲求顚倒乐；</l> <lb n="0273b13" ed="T"/><l>如六神通阿罗汉，</l><l>教诲欲觉弟子言：</l> <lb n="0273b14" ed="T"/><l>‘汝不破戒戒淸净，</l><l>不共女人同室宿；</l> <lb n="0273b15" ed="T"/><l>欲结毒蛇满心室，</l><l>缠绵爱喜不相離。</l> <lb n="0273b16" ed="T"/><l>既知身戒不可毁，</l><l><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0273010" n="0273010"/><anchor ed="T"/><l>父母生养长育汝，</l><l>宗亲恩爱共成就；</l> <lb n="0273b19" ed="T"/><l>咸皆涕泣恋惜汝，</l><l>汝能捨離不顾念？</l> <lb n="0273b20" ed="T"/><l>而心常在欲觉中，</l><l>共欲嬉戏无厌心；</l> <lb n="0273b21" ed="T"/><l>常乐欲火共一处，</l><l>欢喜爱乐不暂離。’</l></lg> <lb n="0273b22" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0273b2201">“如是种种诃欲觉，如是种种正观除欲觉。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0273b2217" cb:place="inline">问 <lb n="0273b23" n="0273c22" ed="T"/><l>淸冷雲中放毒火，</l><l>当知此恶罪极深。</l> <lb n="0273c23" ed="T"/><l>阿兰若人兴嫉妒，</l><l>有阿罗汉他心智，</l> <lb n="0273c24" ed="T"/><l>教诫苦责汝何愚，</l><l>嫉妒自破功德本？</l> <lb n="0273c25" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0274a0301">“如是种种诃恼觉，如是种种正观除恼觉。”</p> <lb n="0274a04" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0274a0401">问曰：“云何除亲里觉？”</p> <lb n="0274a05" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0274a0501">答曰：“应如是念：世界生死中自业缘牵，何者 <lb n="0274a06" ed="T"/>是亲，何者非亲？但以愚痴故，横生著心计为 <lb n="0274a07" ed="T"/>我亲，过去世非亲为亲，未来世非亲为亲，今 <lb n="0274a08" ed="T"/>世是亲过去非亲。譬如鸟栖，暮集一树，晨<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274002" n="0274002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274002" n="0274002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274002" n="0274002"/>飞 <lb n="0274a09" ed="T"/>各随缘去<anchor xml:id="end0274002"/>。家属亲里亦复如是，生世界中，各 <lb n="0274a10" ed="T"/>各自异心，缘会故亲，缘散故疏，无有定实，因 <lb n="0274a11" ed="T"/>缘果报，共相亲近。譬如乾沙，缘手团握，缘捉 <lb n="0274a12" ed="T"/>故合，缘放故散。父母养子，老当得报，子蒙怀 <lb n="0274a13" ed="T"/>抱养育故应报，若顺其意则亲，若逆其意是 <lb n="0274a14" ed="T"/>贼。有亲不能益而反害，有非亲无损而大益， <lb n="0274a15" ed="T"/>人以因缘故而生爱，爱因缘故而更断。譬如 <lb n="0274a16" ed="T"/>画师作妇女像还自爱著，此亦如是，自生染 <lb n="0274a17" ed="T"/>著，染著于外。过去世中汝有亲里，今世于汝 <lb n="0274a18" ed="T"/>复何所作？汝亦不能益过去亲，过去亲不益 <lb n="0274a19" ed="T"/>汝，两不相益，空念之为是亲非亲，世界中不 <lb n="0274a20" ed="T"/>定无边。如阿罗汉教新出家恋亲弟子言：‘如 <lb n="0274a21" ed="T"/>恶人吐食更欲还啖，汝亦如是！汝已得出家， <lb n="0274a22" ed="T"/>何以还欲爱著，是剃发染衣、是解脱相？汝著 <lb n="0274a23" ed="T"/>亲里不得解脱，还为爱所繫，三界无常流转 <lb n="0274a24" ed="T"/>不定，若亲非亲，虽今亲里久久则灭，如是十 <lb n="0274a25" ed="T"/>方众生迴转，亲里无定是非我亲。’人欲死时 <lb n="0274a26" ed="T"/>无心无识，直视不转，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274003" n="0274003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274003" n="0274003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274003" n="0274003"/>闭<anchor ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0274b0301">问曰：“云何除国土觉？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0274b0309" cb:place="inline">答曰：“行者若念是国土， <lb n="0274b04" ed="T"/>豐乐安稳多诸好人，恒为国<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0274b0401" n="0274b0401"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274b0401" n="0274b0401"/>土<anchor xml:id="end0274b0401"/>觉绳所牵，将 <lb n="0274b05" ed="T"/>去罪处。觉心如是，若有智人不应念著。何以 <lb n="0274b06" ed="T"/>故？国土种种过罪所烧时节转故，亦有饥饿 <lb n="0274b07" ed="T"/>身疲极故，一切国土无常安者。复次，老病死 <lb n="0274b08" ed="T"/>苦无国不有，从是间身苦去、得彼处身苦，一 <lb n="0274b09" ed="T"/>切国土去无不苦。假有国土安稳豐乐，而有 <lb n="0274b10" ed="T"/>结恼心生苦患，是非好国土；能除杂恶国土、 <lb n="0274b11" ed="T"/>能薄结使令心不恼，是谓好国土。一切众生 <lb n="0274b12" ed="T"/>有二种苦：身苦。心苦。常有苦恼，无有国土无 <lb n="0274b13" ed="T"/>此二恼。复次有国土大寒，有国土大热，有国 <lb n="0274b14" ed="T"/>土饥饿，有国土多病，有国土多贼，有国土王 <lb n="0274b15" ed="T"/>法不理。如是种种国土之恶心不应著，如是 <lb n="0274b16" ed="T"/>正观除国土觉。”</p> <lb n="0274b17" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0274b1701">问曰：“云何除不死觉？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0274b1709" cb:place="inline">答曰：“应教行者，若好家 <lb xml:id="beg_6" type="star"/>因<anchor xml:id="end_6"/>。依 <lb n="0274b22" ed="T"/>是四大、四大造色，如四毒蛇共不相应，谁得 <lb n="0274b23" ed="T"/>安稳者？出息期入，是不可信。复次人睡时欲 <lb n="0274b24" ed="T"/>期必觉，是事难信。受胎至老，死事恒来，求死 <lb n="0274b25" ed="T"/>时节言常不死，云何可信？譬如杀贼，拔刀、注 <lb n="0274b26" ed="T"/>箭常求杀人，无怜愍心。人生世间死力最大， <lb n="0274b27" ed="T"/>一切无勝死力强者，若过去世第一妙人无 <lb n="0274b28" ed="T"/>能<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274014" n="0274014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274014" n="0274014"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274014" n="0274014"/>脱<anchor xml:id="end0274014"/>此死者，现在亦无大智人能勝死者，亦 <lb n="0274b29" ed="T"/>非软语求、非巧言诳可得避脱；亦非<anchor n="0274018"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274018" n="0274018"/>付<anchor xml:id="end0274018"/>老竟然後当杀。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0274c0310" cb:place="inline">“如阿罗汉教诸觉所 <lb n="0274c04" ed="T"/>恼弟子言：‘汝何以不知厌世入道？何以作此 <lb n="0274c05" ed="T"/>觉？有人未生便死，有生时死者，有乳哺时、有 <lb n="0274c06" ed="T"/>断乳时、有小儿时、有盛壮时、有老时，一切时 <lb n="0274c07" ed="T"/>中，间死法界。譬如树<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274019" n="0274019"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274019" n="0274019"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274019" n="0274019"/>华<anchor xml:id="end0274019"/>，华时便堕，有果时 <lb n="0274c08" ed="T"/>堕，有未熟时堕。是故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274020" n="0274020"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274020" n="0274020"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274020" n="0274020"/>当知<anchor xml:id="end0274020"/>，勤力精进求安 <lb n="0274c09" ed="T"/>隐道，大力贼共住不可信。此贼如虎巧覆藏 <lb xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274021" n="0274021"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274021" n="0274021"/>何<anchor xml:id="end0274021"/>谁能证言汝必老可 <lb n="0274c12" ed="T"/>得行道？譬如崄岸大树上有大风，下有大水 <lb n="0274c13" ed="T"/>崩其根土，谁当信此树得久住者？人命亦如 <lb n="0274c14" ed="T"/>是，少时不可信。父如穀子，母如好田，先世因 <lb n="0274c15" ed="T"/>缘罪福如雨泽，众生如穀，生死如收刈。种种 <lb n="0274c16" ed="T"/>诸天子人王智德，如天<name role="" type="person">王佐</name>天鬥破诸阿须 <lb n="0274c17" ed="T"/>伦军，种种受乐，极高大明，还没在黑暗。以 <lb n="0274c18" ed="T"/>是故，莫信命活，言我今日当作此，明後当作 <lb n="0274c19" ed="T"/>是。如是<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274022" n="0274022"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274022" n="0274022"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274022" n="0274022"/>正观种种<anchor xml:id="end0274022"/>，除不死觉。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0274c1912" cb:place="inline">“如是先除粗 <lb n="0274c20" ed="T"/>思觉，却後除细思觉，心淸净<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274023" n="0274023"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274023" n="0274023"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274023" n="0274023"/>生<anchor xml:id="end0274023"/>得正道，一 <lb n="0274c21" ed="T"/>切结使尽，从是得安稳处，是谓出家果。心得 <lb n="0274c22" ed="T"/>自在，三业第一淸净，不复受胎，读种种经多 <lb n="0274c23" ed="T"/>闻，是时得<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274024" n="0274024"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274024" n="0274024"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274024" n="0274024"/>报果<anchor xml:id="end0274024"/>。如是得时，不空破魔王军， <lb n="0274c24" ed="T"/>便得第一勇猛名称。世界中烦恼将去，是不 <lb n="0274c25" ed="T"/>名健；能破烦恼贼，灭三毒火，凉乐淸净，涅槃 <lb n="0274c26" ed="T"/>林中安稳高枕，种种禅定、根、力、七觉，淸风四 <lb n="0274c27" ed="T"/>起，顾念众生没三毒海，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0274025" n="0274025"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0274025" n="0274025"/><anchor xml:id="beg0274025" n="0274025"/>德<anchor xml:id="end0274025"/>妙力如是，乃名 <lb n="0274c28" ed="T"/>为健。如是等散心，当念阿那般那，学六种法 <lb n="0274c29" ed="T"/>断诸思觉，以是故念数息。”</p> <pb n="0275a" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0614.0275a"/> <lb n="0275a01" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0275a0101">问曰：“若馀不净、念<persName>佛</persName>、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275001" n="0275001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275001" n="0275001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275001" n="0275001"/>四等<anchor xml:id="end0275001"/>观中，亦得断思 <lb n="0275a02" ed="T"/>觉，何以故独数息？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a0208" cb:place="inline">答曰：“馀观法宽难失故， <lb n="0275a03" ed="T"/>数息法急易转故。譬如放牛，以牛难失故，守 <lb n="0275a04" ed="T"/>之少事，如放猕猴易失故，守之多事，此亦如 <lb n="0275a05" ed="T"/>是！数息心数不得少时他念，少时他念则 <lb n="0275a06" ed="T"/>失数，以是故初断思觉应数息。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a0613" cb:place="inline">已得数法，当 <lb n="0275a07" ed="T"/>行随法，断诸思觉，入息至竟，当随莫数一；出 <lb n="0275a08" ed="T"/>息至竟，当随莫数二。譬如负债人，债主随逐， <lb n="0275a09" ed="T"/>初不捨離。如是思惟是入息，是还出更有 <lb n="0275a10" ed="T"/>异？出息是还入，更有异？是时知入息异、出息 <lb n="0275a11" ed="T"/>异。何以故？出息<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275002" n="0275002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275002" n="0275002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275002" n="0275002"/>暖<anchor xml:id="end0275002"/>、入息冷。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a1111" cb:place="inline">问曰：“入出息是 <lb n="0275a12" ed="T"/>一息。何以故？出息还更入故。譬如含水水暖， <lb n="0275a13" ed="T"/>吐水水冷，冷者还<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275003" n="0275003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275003" n="0275003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275003" n="0275003"/>暖<anchor xml:id="end0275003"/>，暖者还冷故。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a1314" cb:place="inline">答曰：“不 <lb n="0275a14" ed="T"/>尔！内心动故有息出，出已即灭。鼻口引外则 <lb n="0275a15" ed="T"/>有息入，入故息灭，亦无将出亦无将入。复次， <lb n="0275a16" ed="T"/>少、壮、老人，少者入息长，壮者入出息等，老者 <lb n="0275a17" ed="T"/>出息长，是故非一息。复次，脐边风发相似相 <lb n="0275a18" ed="T"/>续，息出至口鼻边，出已便灭。譬如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275004" n="0275004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275004" n="0275004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275004" n="0275004"/><g ref="#CB02170">韛</g><anchor xml:id="end0275004"/>囊中 <lb n="0275a19" ed="T"/>风，开时即灭。若以口鼻因缘引之则风入，是 <lb n="0275a20" ed="T"/>从新因缘边生。譬如扇，众缘合故则有风。是 <lb n="0275a21" ed="T"/>时知入出息因缘，而有虚诳不真、生灭无常。 <lb n="0275a22" ed="T"/>如是思惟，出息从口鼻因缘引之而有，入息 <lb n="0275a23" ed="T"/>因缘心动令生，而惑者不知以为我息。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a2316" cb:place="inline">息者 <lb n="0275a24" ed="T"/>是风，与外风无异，地、水、火、空亦复如是！是五 <lb n="0275a25" ed="T"/>大因缘合故生识，识亦如是，非我有也！五阴、 <lb n="0275a26" ed="T"/>十二入、十八<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275005" n="0275005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275005" n="0275005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275005" n="0275005"/>持<anchor xml:id="end0275005"/>亦复如是！如是知之，逐息入 <lb n="0275a27" ed="T"/>息出，是以名随。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a2707" cb:place="inline">已得随法当行止法。止法者， <lb n="0275a28" ed="T"/>数随心极，住意风门，念入出息。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a2813" cb:place="inline">问曰：“何以故 <lb n="0275a29" ed="T"/>止？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275a2902" cb:place="inline">答曰：“断诸思觉故，心不散故。数随息时，心 <pb n="0275b" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0614.0275b"/> <lb n="0275b01" ed="T"/>不定、心多剧故；止则心闲少事故，心住一处故。”</p> <lb n="0275b02" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT15p0275b0201">念息出入，譬如守门人门边住，观人入出。止 <lb n="0275b03" ed="T"/>心亦尔！知息出时，从脐、心、胸、咽至口、鼻。息入 <lb n="0275b04" ed="T"/>时从口、鼻、咽、胸、心至脐。如是繫心一处，是名 <lb n="0275b05" ed="T"/>为止。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275b0503" cb:place="inline">复次心止法中住观。入息时五阴生灭 <lb n="0275b06" ed="T"/>异，出息时五阴生灭异，如是心乱便除却，一 <lb n="0275b07" ed="T"/>心思惟令观增长，是名为观法。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275b0713" cb:place="inline">捨风门住離 <lb n="0275b08" ed="T"/>粗观法，離粗观法知息无常，此名转观。观五 <lb n="0275b09" ed="T"/>阴无常，亦念入息出息生灭无常。见初头息 <lb n="0275b10" ed="T"/>无所从来，次观後息亦无迹处，因缘合故有， <lb n="0275b11" ed="T"/>因缘散故无，是名转观法。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275b1111" cb:place="inline">除灭五盖及诸 <lb n="0275b12" ed="T"/>烦恼，虽先得止观，烦恼不净心杂，今此净法 <lb n="0275b13" ed="T"/>心独得淸净。复次，前观异学相似行道念息 <lb n="0275b14" ed="T"/>入出，今无漏道相似行善有漏道，是谓淸净。 <lb n="0275b15" ed="T"/>复次，初观身念止分，渐渐一切身念止，次行 <lb n="0275b16" ed="T"/>痛心念止，是中非淸净，无漏道远故。今法念 <lb n="0275b17" ed="T"/>止中，观十六行念入出息，得暖法、顶法、忍法、 <lb n="0275b18" ed="T"/>世间第一法，苦法忍乃至无学尽智，是名淸 <lb n="0275b19" ed="T"/>净。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275b1902" cb:place="inline">是十六分中，初入息分六种安那般那行， <lb n="0275b20" ed="T"/>出息分亦如是！一心念息入出若长若短，譬 <lb n="0275b21" ed="T"/>如人怖走上山，若担负重、若上气，如是比是 <lb n="0275b22" ed="T"/>息短；若人极时得安息欢喜，又如得利、从狱 <lb n="0275b23" ed="T"/>中出，如是为息长。一切息<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275006" n="0275006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275006" n="0275006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275006" n="0275006"/>随<anchor xml:id="end0275006"/>二处：若长、若 <lb n="0275b24" ed="T"/>短处，是故言息长息短。是中亦行安那般那 <lb n="0275b25" ed="T"/>六事，念诸息遍身，亦念息出入，悉观身中诸 <lb n="0275b26" ed="T"/>出息入息，觉知遍至身中乃至足指，遍诸毛孔 <lb n="0275b27" ed="T"/>如水入沙；息出觉知从足至发，遍诸毛孔亦 <lb n="0275b28" ed="T"/>如水入沙。譬如<anchor xml:id="beg_7" type="star"/><g ref="#CB02170">韛</g><anchor xml:id="end_7"/>囊入出皆满，口鼻风入出 <lb n="0275b29" ed="T"/>亦尔！观身周遍见风行处，如藕根孔亦如鱼 <pb n="0275c" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0614.0275c"/> <lb n="0275c01" ed="T"/>网。复<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0275c0101" n="0275c0101"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275c0101" n="0275c0101"/>次<anchor xml:id="end0275c0101"/>，非独口鼻观息入出，一切毛孔及九 <lb n="0275c02" ed="T"/>孔中，亦见息入息出。是故知息遍诸身，除诸 <lb n="0275c03" ed="T"/>身行，亦念入出息。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c0308" cb:place="inline">初学息时，若身懈怠、睡眠、 <lb n="0275c04" ed="T"/>体重，悉除弃之！身轻柔软，随禅定心受喜，亦 <lb n="0275c05" ed="T"/>念息入出。除懈<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275007" n="0275007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275007" n="0275007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275007" n="0275007"/>怠<anchor xml:id="end0275007"/>、睡眠、心重，得心轻柔软， <lb n="0275c06" ed="T"/>随禅定心受喜。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c0607" cb:place="inline">复次，入<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275008" n="0275008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275008" n="0275008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275008" n="0275008"/>息<anchor xml:id="end0275008"/>念止中竟，次行痛 <lb n="0275c07" ed="T"/>念止；已得身念止，实今更得痛念止，实受喜。 <lb n="0275c08" ed="T"/>复次已知身实相，今欲知心心数法实相，是 <lb n="0275c09" ed="T"/>故受喜亦念息入出，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0275009" n="0275009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0275009" n="0275009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0275009" n="0275009"/>受乐<anchor xml:id="end0275009"/>亦念息入出，是喜 <lb n="0275c10" ed="T"/>增长名为乐。复次，初心中生悦是名喜，後遍 <lb n="0275c11" ed="T"/>身喜是名乐。复次，初禅、二禅中乐痛名喜，三 <lb n="0275c12" ed="T"/>禅中乐痛名受乐。受诸心行，亦念息入出。诸 <lb n="0275c13" ed="T"/>心生灭法、心染法心不染法、心散法心摄法、 <lb n="0275c14" ed="T"/>心正法心邪法，如是等诸心相名为心行。心 <lb n="0275c15" ed="T"/>作喜时亦念息入出⸺先受喜自生，不故作念， <lb n="0275c16" ed="T"/>心故作喜。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c1605" cb:place="inline">问曰：“何以故故作喜？”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c1613" cb:place="inline">答曰：“欲治二 <lb n="0275c17" ed="T"/>种心：或散心、或摄心。如是作心，得出烦恼，是 <lb n="0275c18" ed="T"/>故念法，心作喜。”</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c1807" cb:place="inline">复次，若心不悦，劝勉令喜。心 <lb n="0275c19" ed="T"/>作摄时，亦念息入出⸺设心不定，强伏令定。如 <lb n="0275c20" ed="T"/>经中说：“心定是道，心散非道。”心作解脱时，亦 <lb n="0275c21" ed="T"/>念息入出⸺若意不解，强伏令解。譬如羊入苍 <lb n="0275c22" ed="T"/>耳，苍耳著身，人为渐渐出之。心作解脱诸烦 <lb n="0275c23" ed="T"/>恼结，亦复如是！是名心念止作解脱。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c2315" cb:place="inline">观无常 <lb n="0275c24" ed="T"/>亦念息入出⸺观诸法无常、生灭、空、无吾我，生 <lb n="0275c25" ed="T"/>时诸法空生，灭时诸法空灭，是中无男、无女、 <lb n="0275c26" ed="T"/>无人、无作、无受，是名随无常观。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c2613" cb:place="inline">观有为法出 <lb n="0275c27" ed="T"/>散亦念息入出⸺无常是名出散。诸有为法现 <lb n="0275c28" ed="T"/>世中出，从过去因缘和合故集、因缘壞故散⸺ <lb n="0275c29" ed="T"/>如是随观，是名出散观。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0275c2910" cb:place="inline">观離欲结亦念息入 <pb n="0276a" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0614.0276a"/> <lb n="0276a01" ed="T"/>出⸺心離诸结，是法第一，是名随離欲观。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0276a0116" cb:place="inline">观尽 <lb n="0276a02" ed="T"/>亦念息入出⸺诸结使苦在在处尽，是处安稳， <lb n="0276a03" ed="T"/>是名随尽观。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0276a0306" cb:place="inline">观弃捨亦念息入出，诸染爱烦 <lb n="0276a04" ed="T"/>恼身心五阴诸有为法弃捨，是第一安稳。如 <lb n="0276a05" ed="T"/>是观是名随<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0276001" n="0276001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0276001" n="0276001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0276001" n="0276001"/>法意止观，是名十六分<anchor xml:id="end0276001"/>。</p> <lb n="0276a06" ed="T"/><p cb:type="head1" xml:id="pT15p0276a0601"><anchor
